Meghan had her appt. on Monday with a check up and ultrasound and after arriving home she went and had a bath and found a lump in her groin area. It was too late to call them on Monday night as it was 11 pm when she told me, so I put a call through to the hospital first thing Tuesday morning and waited anxiously for their return phone call. Her Dr. wanted us back down this morning (Wed.) for a check up. We arrived at 8:50 am this morning with her regular blood work and than a check up, he decided to do more more blood work and another ultrasound of the area where the lump is which was scheduled for 1pm. Our Dr. was gone but the Dr. who spoke to the radiologist felt that it was nothing to be concerned about and they will do a follow up appt. in 4-6 weeks time. It makes your heart stop but thankfully they get on it and don't make you wait too long. The first ultrasound from Monday was fine.
