Children with cancer are like candles in the wind who accept the possibility that they are in danger of being extinguished by a gust of wind from no where; and yet as they flicker and dance to remain alive, their brilliance challenges the darkness and dazzles those of us who watch their light.
We were down at the hospital yesterday and her blood counts were good and she gained .2kgs, so we're back to seeing the dietitian because they really need to get her weight back up. We are trying to get the physio back to twice a week to build up the muscle in her legs to make sure it's not the muscle, it won't hurt to build them up anyways.
